“The Caves” project is the culmination of 15 years of artistic dedication,. This monumental work is not only the result of an extensive creative process and a sustained artistic meditation on the nature of perception and the search for truth; it is also a bridge that connects painting's past with its boldest future. What today creates shadows in the cavern is the glare of screens, we evolve into a new form of “reality” to which we are chained. In fifteen years of development, the accumulation of experiences, perceptions and fragmented realities that bombard the individual in contemporary society is displayed on canvas. The bold strokes, overlays and textures suggest a constant evolution, a canvas that breathes and transforms over time, reflecting the very fluid nature of perception. the red and the blue, the duality between passion and reason, illusion and truth. The robotic arm becomes an agent of our technological reality, further blurring the line between the organic and the algorithmic. The work not only questions perception in its content, but challenges the very notion of authorship and creation in a world where artificial intelligence and robotics play an increasing role.
