Astral Projection
The Illusion of the "Edge of the World"
For a long time, humanity genuinely believed in the existence of an "edge of the world," beyond which a bottomless abyss began. But the reality was not that the world ended, but rather that the horizon of our knowledge and courage had its limits. Life is much the same: any "impossibility" or "dead end" is rarely an objective law of the universe; rather, it is simply the point we have reached in our experience so far. As soon as we dare to take a step into the unknown, that boundary simply dissolves, receding further away.
The Internal Framework and Its Demolition
We grow accustomed to living within a strictly outlined perimeter: "I can do this, but I will never manage that," "This is accessible to me, while that is prohibitively difficult." This perimeter protects us from the anxiety of the new, but it also becomes a prison. Expanding our perception is always a small act of rebellion against our habitual selves. It is the willingness to dismantle old mental constructs in order to make room for new depth, a different scale of thinking, and a finer sensitivity.
Boundaries as a Threshold of Transition
An astral projection, or any deep immersion into creativity and the unconscious, is a prime example. As long as the mind clings to dense materiality, everything appears rigid and unchangeable. But the moment we shift the focus of our attention, the familiar "solid" barriers vanish. It turns out that hidden beneath the outer shell of everyday reality are whole worlds, waiting for us to lower the level of mental noise and allow ourselves to notice them.
