Akwukwo na-ato uto, an Igbo saying / poem which underpins education as pleasant, sweet and tasty. “Akwukwo na-ato uto; O na-ara ahu na mmuta; Onye nwere ntasi obi; o ga amuta akwukwo, Ma o buru na nne gi na nna gi nwere ego, Ma o buru na nne gi na nna gi nwere ego.” Meaning: "Formal education is valuable, but financial constraints can be a barrier. While financial support from parents can help, a willing and dedicated learner acquire knowledge".
