Creating art out of nature gives you surprises once in a while. I was taking shots on a beach close to Cartagena, Colombia, traying to capture some images of this plus other birds. This one was standing on a rock, and an ocean wave came suddenly... to avoid getting wet or knocked down, the bird jumped and bent his wings to the back, but half of his left wing was partially pointing to his left. It seems that he is yelling to the wave "Go that way!" This is an original picture, taken in 2025, no digital or AI manipulation, just minor development edits like contrast, and curves to give the image a bit more punch.
