Afro-Art through my lens
“The Chariot”
Before engines,
before roads,
before maps drew lines across the earth,
there were riders.
Riders who trusted the wind
and horses who trusted the heart.
On this shore stands a chariot without wheels,
guided by rhythm older than memory.
The ocean whispers:
“Move forward.”
The sand replies:
“Leave your mark.”
And so the rider becomes a messenger of tides,
carrying the weight of history
toward a future still waiting to be written.
