When you play a musical instrument, there’s always a flow state. When you challenge yourself and get immersed inside, almost becoming one with the piece as you play the music until you know it by heart. As I play the piano, I begin to feel the piece and everything else around me goes into the background. The sensation feels as if you are underwater. Floating into oblivion as time stops.
