"THE UNDERHANDS" The Butchers control the system. The Underhands give it a face. Behind every Butcher stands a lesser power. An executor. One who operates from beneath the table. They represent the mechanisms, departments, authorities, professions, and ideologies through which power is turned into action. A Proxy can negotiate. Approve. Reject. Silence. Educate. Heal. Surveil. Extract. Or destroy. They wear the symbols of their masters with pride. Their corruption hides behind those same symbols- behind their polished titles, their offices, and their rituals. They never ask. They simply act. Their faces are different. Their duties. Their uniforms. But all of them are products of the same killing machine. And perhaps the most dangerous part of power is not the one sitting at the head of the table. But the one sitting beneath it- and finishing the job.
