The surrounding skulls represent the constant thoughts, fears, and worries that can multiply and surround us. The intense colors and chaotic textures reflect the overwhelming energy of anxiety, while the central skull represents the feeling of being trapped in the middle of it all. For me, this piece turns something difficult and invisible into something I can see, express, and confront.” 🎨💀🧠
Creation process
How I Made It I created Skulls of Anxiety in stages. I started with the first draft hand-drawn in Procreate, building the skulls and composition from scratch. From there, I experimented with Picsart and other random digital art tools and filters, layering effects, colors, and textures until the piece developed its chaotic, surreal look. Finally, I used ChatGPT to enhance, clean up, and tighten the resolution, helping bring the finished artwork into sharper focus while keeping the original creative vision intact. 🎨💀🔥
