Alone
rain in October
In the middle of the rain that never seems to stop, some people choose to pause for a moment.
They arrive with their umbrellas, carrying stories of their own, and sit in a place that may never truly feel comfortable. The wet streets reflect the city lights, as if holding the shadows of the lives they have lived.
The woman at the table may be waiting for someone. Or perhaps, she is simply waiting to find a reason to keep moving forward again.
For me, this artwork is not only about the rain or a quiet alley. It is about people who continue to endure, even when life feels cold, dark, and filled with uncertainty.
