Everything we see in others is but a reflection of ourselves. The moment my inner being shifts, I cease to see what I once perceived in others. It works this way for everyone, everywhere. If you believe people are deceitful and prone to betrayal, it is either because you carry that within you or you dwell on it so much that you draw it into your life. Our ego and consciousness are powerful tools; life is far too short to waste it on such bullshit.
