Pacific Coast Highway Oil and Varnish on Pulp, painted in 2001. Brush strokes combined with a printed documentation of the Titanic Wreck discovery. A Dodge Viper cruising California from north to south, direction to be identified at the freaky buildings on the left. Lytke creates his paintings by directly working on photos or prints. His artworks, characterized by sparingly placed traces of color and isolated objective elements, exude openness and transformation. They serve as a subtle commentary on the interplay between image and likeness in contemporary culture, challenging the conventions of media images by infusing them with a more art-historical significance. **The Car Portraits,** acrylic on pulp, comprise a few hundred works created by the artist between 2001 and 2008.

Collector Bonus

Collector Bonus Each collector of this edition will also receive a free NFT from my car series: Taxi BRLN (Edition of 77) Oil and varnish on a city magazine, painted in 2002. Brushstrokes merge with printed advertisement – a hybrid composition. **Rembrandt** is a quiet reference here: how a few highlights can say more than detail. The viewer is invited to complete the image in their own mind. This piece was minted in my early NFT phase – one of my personal favorites. A small gift for those supporting this new chapter.
