Notable Days
Why I Made This Collection
A lot of my work comes from observing modern life and simply extending it slightly forward. These works imagine a future where humanity adapts to increasingly absurd conditions with remarkable calmness or maybe lethargy. People continue scrolling. Continue consuming. Continue posting. Continue surviving. Even when the world around them becomes unrecognizable.
Why The Collection Is Called Notable Days
The title comes from the idea that history is often remembered incorrectly. Entire civilizations can decay slowly through thousands of seemingly insignificant moments. Each piece in this collection represents one of those moments. A 'notable day' inside a world continuously drifting toward emotional, spiritual, and psychological entropy.
About The Structure Of The Collection
Although these works were created independently as everyday pieces, recurring patterns began to emerge once they were placed together. Notable Days became a collection about adaptation to broken systems, artificial optimism, emotional numbness, and humanity’s tendency to continue forward regardless of circumstance.
Final Note
I don’t really see Notable Days as purely dystopian. Underneath all the satire, glitches, propaganda, failed systems, and brainrot, there’s still something very human present in these works. People in this world still: Fall in love (Hopeless Romantic) Search for meaning (One with the Cosmos) Try again (Failure to Launch) fight losing battles (I Didn't Hear No Bell) and wake up every morning believing something might change. (Great Expectations) Even at the edge of absurdity, humanity continues running in the background.
