Going Through Something is an archive I made during the hardest stretch of my life. With my kids facing serious health issues and everything else piling up at once, I did what I've always done with chaos: I turned to art to process it and to escape it. I used AI to explore the feelings and ideas I was struggling to put into words on my own, training it on my work, prompting it loosely, and reaching for the things I couldn't quite say. I kept the rawest of what came back. Some of it is the machine's, some is mine, and a lot of it blurs the line. These pieces are raw and unrefined on purpose, less a polished body of work than an honest picture of what going through something actually feels like, in a moment when it seems like everyone is. More than anything, it's a testament to what AI can be in an artist's hands: not the sterile perfection people expect from it, but a way to reach the raw, full, contradictory breadth of being human. The funds from this drop go toward getting my kids to the specialists they need.
