FIELDS
Every system leaves traces.
Not just in memory, but in the structures it creates while it runs.
FIELDS began as an experiment in building those structures without drawing them directly. Instead of composing images by hand, I built a generative system from simple elements—grids, procedural noise, geometry, fragments of language, and a set of visual rules—and allowed them to organize themselves over time.
The process became less about controlling the final image and more about creating the conditions where unexpected compositions could emerge. Every adjustment to the system changed the relationships between its elements, producing landscapes that couldn't be predicted in advance.
The words have no fixed meaning. The forms aren't buildings or maps, yet they often resemble both. Somewhere between architecture, software, diagrams, and imagined landscapes, each work becomes open to interpretation.
Although every artwork is created from the same underlying system, no two fields are ever the same. Each one captures a unique arrangement of structure, rhythm, and chance—a single moment discovered within an endless process.
