The physical awards are associated with each NFTs icon trait. Specific icons earn specific physical rewards as listed below. BRAIN SKULL This icon will earn you an exclusive sticker pack. Each sticker pack contains 5 stickers created specifically for this collection. They will not be produced again. There are 10 of these in the collection. 3D EYE This icon will earn you an exclusive 3D prize pack. You will get three 3D postcards designed by ACID and a pair of 3D glasses to view them with. There are 8 of these in the collection. REAPER This icon will earn you a set of ACID CULT trading cards in an exclusive wax package. There are ten hand-drawn sketch cards randomly placed within these trading card packs. There are 31 of these. WHEEL This icon will earn you an exclusive 1/1 hand-painted print mounted to a cradled wood panel. Black artwork is printed on vintage horror comic pages prepared with translucent gesso and colour is added by hand using acrylic paints. Each one is totally unique. There are 6 of these in the collection. SUPERSUCKER This icon will earn you an exclusive cassette. On side one is the the actual recording of the Jonestown massacre accompanied by experimental music by ACIDJAM. Side two features the last recorded words of David Koresh, also accompanied by experimental music by ACIDJAM. The cassette inserts feature the ACID CULT logo design artwork printed on vintage horror comic pages prepared with translucent gesso. There are 9 of these. SNAKES This icon earns you a hand-embellished mutoid acrylic gel transfer on cradled wood panel. The gel transfers are hand embellished using black Posca markers to define the mutoid features. There are only 2 of these.
Cults
There are 13 cults in this collection. The cult is the main trait and determines the content of each NFTs featured animation. Each cult has numerous diverse entities within it. Each cult animated trait is unique, even if more than one use the same resource as a jumping off point. Cults are listed below: DOOMSDAY This is your classic cult where everyone has to die for some f*cked up reason. It can be the cult members or maybe the rest of the world...or both! FUTURISTS These guys are nasty. A perverse splinter faction of the old Futurists art movement gone wrong. They believe that transcendence is achieved through mechanization. Nothing is off the table here: cyborgs, hybrids, robots. Futurists glorify war, violence and destruction. Everyone and everything is infused with technology - and not in a good way! NON-TERRESTRIALS They worship aliens and other non-terrestrial beings. Aliens in any shape or form: trans-dimensional beings, shadow beings, orbs, spectres….you name it. Anything not of this realm is fair game. JASON If pop-culture gave us a single death/rebirth Christ figure to fixate on, it is f*cking Jason. Any incarnation of Jason or his mask could manifest here. NIGHT HAG The archetypal old witch is the central figure of worship here as she rules the dream-space. Anything ‘witchy’ will work here. This cult is all about the sacred nature of the night and the evil force behind it: the hag. SUBGENII 1950s America is at play here with the post war acolytes ready to kill and sacrifice for materialism and the post war consumer dream. They have no empathy. They worship bubble gum excess. They embody the systems of control in this era. They will drug you (a lot). DEATH CULT These are murderous hippies who live in a desert compound. Think Manson Family - enough said. MAGICK This cult practices various physical, mental, and spiritual exercises aimed at uncovering one's true will and enacting change in alignment with it. Practices such as rituals and meditation are used to explore consciousness and achieve self-mastery. This cult is rare in the sense that they are mostly harmless to those outside of it. DIVINE ILLUMINATION This cult thinks that they have all the answers, that they’re better than you, that you are here to serve and that your life means nothing. You are in their way. To be used. Expendable. They only care about achieving divine illumination through their rituals and they manifest in secret societies like the Illuminati and the Freemasons throughout the world. Lots of groovy robes and elaborate rituals here. They basically hold the copyright on the eye in the triangle symbol. BLACK MASS This cult is a secretive organization devoted to summoning ancient demons to bring about a new world without societal order. Blood sacrifice. Demonic manifestations…it’s all right here. Burn it all down. Bring on the demons. BIOLOGICS This cult is very yucky. They believe in creating and manipulating living tissue and beings to create new forms and species. They f*ck with DNA. They create mutants. They mutate themselves. APOCALYPSE This cult has literally hijacked nukes and brought about the end of the world. They are the only ones left in the uninhabitable place that was once Earth. You can see them looking depressed wearing either hazmat suits, spacesuits, or they are deep under water wearing diver suits. They f*cked it all up and now they are f*cked too. The world is in ruins. DRUGS Whether it is the hallucinatory realms revealed by ingesting mushrooms or LSD, or the entities encountered while on ayahuasca or DMT, this cult believes that that other realm is the true reality and one that we must commune with once and for all.
