The Mask does more than protect our identity; it also conceals our feelings and presents something archetypal to the world. Behind the mask lies a mess of complicated, conflicting emotions. IDEATION represents the mask of a creator through their work. In IDEATION, the audiovisual presentation reflects the struggle of the inner critic. Finding a balance between self-critique and creativity is crucial for artists. Self-critique maintains the quality and effectiveness of the work, but excessive criticism can prevent its release and support. Ideation captures the critical forces at play when a creator releases work. The audio and visual components create a narrative loop that commemorates and critiques my work, addressing the piece's inherent theme.
